Overview –

This program is designed for individuals who aspire to take on leadership and administrative roles in the early childhood education sector. The course goes beyond classroom teaching to focus on the management and organizational aspects of running a preschool. Students will gain knowledge in preschool administration, staff coordination, financial and operational management, and regulatory requirements needed to maintain a successful learning environment.

In addition, the program provides training in lesson planning, curriculum development, and student assessment. Learners will explore different evaluation tools and techniques to measure a child’s progress, while also developing the ability to prepare and implement these tools effectively.
